How we ship / 配送について
A transparent, seven-step process used on every unit we export. No hidden handling fees, no surprise demurrage. Quoted in writing, tracked in writing.
01
You send us a request, a specific unit from our stock list, or a sourcing brief (model, year, budget, destination port). We respond within one business day with availability, FOB Japan pricing and an estimated freight quote to your port.
02
Once you confirm, we issue a Proforma Invoice covering the unit, optional third-party inspection, freight and any C&F/CIF add-ons. A 30% deposit secures the unit and removes it from public listings.
03
We complete our internal 300-point inspection and arrange JEVIC / JAAI third-party inspection if requested. We then de-register the vehicle from the Japanese road registry and obtain the Export Certificate (輸出抹消仮登録証明書).
04
Balance payment is due before vessel loading. As soon as funds clear we book the next available sailing on your chosen route, RoRo, 20'/40' container, or air freight for high-value or time-critical units.
05
The unit is delivered to the port of loading (Yokohama, Nagoya, Kobe, Osaka or Hiroshima), inspected by the carrier and loaded. The original Bill of Lading is released to you (or to your bank, if using L/C terms) once payment is fully received.
06
We share the BL number, vessel name and live tracking link. Typical transit times: 15–25 days to the Middle East, 25–35 days to East Africa, 30–45 days to West Africa, 18–28 days to South Asia, 25–40 days to the UK/EU, 18–30 days to Southeast Asia and Oceania. Carrier schedules can shift; we update you on any change.
07
On arrival you (or your nominated clearing agent) present the BL, Invoice and Export Certificate to customs. We can recommend trusted clearing agents in most major ports if you do not already have one.
